Not Being Separate From, Being Part of the Whole | Feb 18-23

Five day Kum Nye Intensive retreat with Andis Egle – Live in Amsterdam & online

Through Kum Nye we learn to appreciate the completely wholesome quality of living experience. Through this quality the whole body becomes refreshed, as if showered within by pure spring water. Not only the physical body quickens, but the mind and all senses are invigorated as well; sense impressions and thoughts come to life. A quality of relaxation informs every activity, even walking or eating. Our lives function smoothly, and we become healthy and balanced.
From Kum Nye Relaxation p 4.

Exploring the Three Levels of Kum Nye Relaxation

In this five day Kum Nye Intensive we will experientially tap into living the Kum Nye experience by exploring all three levels of relaxation described by Tarthang Tulku in his Kum Nye books. Feelings will be released to flow, dense areas will be gently invited to melt and little by little old residues of patterning will be transcended.

There will be practices from all three Kum Nye books: Kum Nye Relaxation, The Joy of Being and Kum Nye Dancing. Participants are recommended to bring a notebook for personal notes and if possible their Kum Nye books.

Nyingma Centrum Nederland invited Andis Egle, Kum Nye teacher at Dharma Publishing Academy to present a residential retreat in Amsterdam. We are happy that he accepted the invitation. Andis invited Iloy Scheerhorn to assist him.
